Binnen Lekkerland zijn wij continu op zoek naar hoe het slimmer en beter kan. In de snel veranderende markt willen wij op de juiste manier inspelen op de behoeftes van onze klanten. De afdeling Continuous Improvement focust zich hierbij op het optimaliseren van Lekkerland haar interne processen door middel van verbetertrajecten. Zo dragen wij bij aan het realiseren van onze strategie: het verhogen van de customer loyalty en het realiseren van sustainable growth. De afdeling Continuous Improvement combineert de externe factoren in de markt & interne behoeftes om tot verbetering te komen. We denken afdelingsoverstijgend, we zijn gefocust op het verhogen van de executiesnelheid in verbetertrajecten & implementeren de continu verbeteren cultuur binnen de organisatie. We helpen Lekkerland met het vergroten van de slagkracht, verdere digitalisering en flexibel in te spelen op de veranderingen & trends van de toekomst.
Verandering. Vernieuwing. Verbetering. Daar staan wij voor en dat dragen wij uit binnen de organisatie. Continuous improvement focust zich op verbetertrajecten en projecten die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan de strategie van Lekkerland. Het doel van de Continuous Improvement afdeling is om verbeterpotentieel in binnen de organisatie en verschillende afdelingen te (helpen) identificeren, begeleiden en te borgen. Elke dag een beetje beter, dat is ons motto.
Als Continuous Improvement Consultant:
Begeleid je verbetertrajecten die direct gelinkt zijn aan de strategie.Analyseer je verbeterpotentieel en zet je dit om in een plan van aanpak.Breng je vernieuwende ideeën in de organisatie en stimuleer je jouw collega’s om het continu verbeteren gedachtegoed te adopteren.Pas je binnen jouw projecten/trajecten Continuous Improvement methodieken en tools toe. Ben je in staat data te analyseren en om te zetten in rapportages welke je monitort en waar nodig verbetert.Kun je ideeën vertalen naar een conceptueel ontwerp en andersom.Zet je het denken vanuit de keten en de klant centraal in jouw projecten.Weet je de juiste verander mind-set te creëren binnen je projecten en in de organisatie.Denk je altijd net een paar stappen vooruit en creëer je draagvlak voor verandering.Voel je je comfortabel bij het faciliteren van een workshop en het geven van presentaties.Wat neem jij mee?
WO werk- en denk niveau.3-5 jaar ervaring.Strategisch- en analytisch denkvermogen.Jij beschikt over de helikopter view en signaleert verbetermogelijkheden.Je hebt een sterk organiserend vermogen & goede project management skills (o.a. Agile, Lean).Positieve en energieke mind-set.Beschik je over een flexibele houding en ben je oplossingsgericht.Bovenal ben je altijd op zoek naar manieren om jezelf en jouw omgeving verder te ontwikkelen en verbeteren.Wij bieden
