We'reon the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Power SuiteSpecialist to join a dynamic team at Boston Scientific. As a PowerSuite Specialist, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end processof designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutionsutilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Your role willinvolve close collaboration with both business stakeholders and ITteams to understand requirements, design optimal solutions, anddeliver high-quality applications that align with businessobjectives. Employmentagency Manpower is looking for a Power Suite Specialist for BostonScientific in Kerkrade.

Inthis function your tasks are to:
  • Collaboratewith business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements forPower Platform solutions.
  • Design and developcanvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals using Power Apps tocreate intuitive user interfaces and streamline business processes.
  • Create automated workflows using PowerAutomate to automate tasks, integrate systems, and optimizebusiness processes.
  • Develop interactivereports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data, deriveinsights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with otherMicrosoft and third-party services, databases, and applicationsusing connectors and APIs.
  • Customize andconfigure Power Platform components to align with specific businessrequirements, including entities, forms, views, and business rules.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging ofPower Platform solutions to ensure functionality, performance, andreliability.
  • Deploy Power Platform solutionsto production environments and provide ongoing support,maintenance, and optimization.
  • Documenttechnical designs, configurations, workflows, and data models tofacilitate understanding, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated on new features, updates, bestpractices, and industry trends related to Power Platform

ProjectObjectives:
  • Carry out alltasks with a focus of delivering high-quality results withinthe specified timeframe
  • Evaluate andprioritize improvement opportunities based on their potentialimpacts, such as risk, customer satisfaction, error reduction, andsystem capabilities
  • Monitor, track, and reportthe progress and status of initiatives
  • ApplyLEAN and User-centered design principles to enhance capabilities,processes, and tools
  • Facilitate the successfulimplementation of project recommendations
  • Analyze problem statements to determinenecessary interventions and establish a performance baseline
  • Conduct limited research using regulatorywebsites, research tools, or industry resources
  • Assist in integrating new processes into theDigital space
  • Ensure that product submissionsare reviewed and renewed as necessary
  • Applyacquired knowledge to business practices, communications, orprocedures to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
  • Gather and synthesize information in ameaningful manner.
  • Update the team's databases
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in acooperative manner
  • Stay informed about thestatus of pending items and guide them through the process

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or related field
  • Years ofexperience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platformtools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of Power Platformarchitecture, capabilities, and limitations
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (desirable)
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft OfficeSuite, including Microsoft Project Professional
  • Demonstrated skill in process analysis,modeling, and review.
  • Automationsystem/process experience
  • Experience infacilitating and supporting business change and influencing othersacross the organization to recognize the need for change
  • Proficiency in designing, preparing, anddelivering facilitated workshops using a variety of tools andtechniques
  • Possesses the ability andenthusiasm to develop skills in process and procedure improvement
  • Adopts a LEAN thinking mindset and maintainsan attitude of continuous improvement
  • Must beself-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving results;able to work with limited guidance and direction
