Your role in our team

Operation and fault correction of automated material handling equipment in a fast production environment Mechanical, operational, and computer systems diagnosis and support. Monitoring orders throughout the system to ensure departure times for the customer. Perform system monitoring (e.g. order cycle, pick performance, material flow) Report daily system performance and relevant business metrics(Daily Pass-down) and Maintain user rights in WITRON WMS

Ideal candidate profile

MBO IT diploma or equivalent Associates Degree in IT related field and 1 to 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse flow experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and network connectivity. Proficient in Windows network technologies - File pathways, Active Directory, IP Address configurations. Analytical understanding with the ability to solve problems Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customer representatives
