Employmentagency Manpower is looking for a Senior Scheduling Specialist forDow in Hoek.

Asa Senior Scheduling Specialist, you will perform the followingworking activities: 
  • Improve ConstructionSchedule Management Work Process and share learning experiences
  • Coach on discipline knowledge exchange andquality application
  • Recommend cycle timereduction opportunities
  • Develop and maintainintegrated project schedules
  • Utilize costestimates to align schedules with scope of work
  • Validate schedule durations and ensureresource leveling
  • Lead project teams inforecasting schedule challenges
  • Analyzecritical path and offer solutions for on-time project completion
  • Evaluate project deviations and proposerecovery plans
  • Apply schedule managementpractices for issue resolution

Functie-eisen
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g.,mechanical, E&I, construction technology)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working foran asset owner (or EPC company) as a construction scheduler
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English language, atleast
  • Competitive salary
  • Availability for a 40-hour workweek
