Functieomschrijving

Als Production Leader Cleanroom Assembly ben je verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat van de cleanroom productie. Je zorgt voor de realisatie van de geplande output met de gewenste kwaliteit en tegen de afgesproken kosten. Daarnaast richt je je op een continu verbeterproces, zodanig dat de efficiency continu verbetert en de kennis en zelfredzaamheid van de medewerkers continu groeit. 

 

Je stuurt de teamleaders, de medewerkers en de manufacturing support engineers aan binnen de cleanroom en je rapporteert aan de Operations Director Assembly & Delivery.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je draagt zorg voor het vroegtijdig detecteren van risico's en knelpunten en de oplossing hiervan;
  • Je stemt wekelijks het assemblage plan af met de centrale planningsafdeling;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de assemblage output, conform assemblage plan, met gewenste kwaliteit en tegen de afgesproken kosten;
  • Je stuurt de cleanroom multidisciplinaire QLT teams aan in het Daily Management System, om dagelijkse verstoringen te voorkomen en/of op te lossen;
  • Je bent een drijfveer achter het continu verbeterproces ter behoeve van efficiency en kennis en zelfredzaamheid van medewerkers. Hierbij draag je zorg voor reductie van de lead time van de processen binnen de cleanroom; 
  • Je geeft (coachend) leiding aan jouw team in hun functioneren en ontwikkeling en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de jaarlijkse HR cyclus van de cleanroom medewerkers;
  • Je werkt samen met het operations team en projectleiders om nieuwe klanten, projecten en producten (NPI) succesvol in te faseren;
  • Je geeft jouw input aan de Improvement Roadmap van de Assembly & Delivery organisatie en aan de Manufacturing Roadmap in samenwerking met de Production Support afdeling. Hierbij lever je tevens een bijdrage aan automatiserings- en investeringsvraagstukken. 

 

Functie eisen

Jij kan goed samenwerken en je bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus te communicere. Je toont leiderschap en je bent besluitvaardig en vasthoudend. Mensen werken graag in jouw team 

  • Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau op technisch vlak (bijv. werktuigbouwkunde of technische bedrijfskunde); 
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een (cleanroom) assemblage omgeving;
  • Je hebt ervaring met cleanroom assemblage en je kent het proces en de normen;
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve-, leidinggevende- en coachende capaciteiten en vaardigheden; 
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
