How do I become a Interaction Designer atCoolblue?
You're part of amulti-disciplined team that is responsible for a specific part ofthe online Coolblue experience. As an interaction designer you worktogether with passionate developers, data analysts and researchers.Your challenge is to pour all data and insights into acustomer-oriented design solution. You facilitate and drive thecreative process from start to end. You create concepts, userflows, prototypes and visual designs which are in line with ourbusiness goals. Each time you test whether your designs meet thecriteria. Together with your stakeholders you create the best userexperience for your product. For example, you'll be making thecheck-out on coolblue.nl or one of our internal tools, a littlebetter every day.
You spend most of yourtime with your product team. You are also part of a designcommunity with designers from other teams. Within this communityyou share knowledge and support each other. In this way you improvethe way we design throughout Coolblue.

- At least 3years of work experience in UX design orsimilar.
- A strong, demonstrated understandingof UX patterns, libraries, design systems, design kits, recent UItrends as well as a good eye fordetails.
- Experience in end-to-end UX Design;from gathering input from users to creating great-lookingpixel-perfect screens.
- A broad skill set inUX/UI design and solid experience with design tools such as Figma,Adobe CC, or Maze.
- There are some beautifulapplications in your portfolio that shipped and made animpact.
- Like to deal with a large number ofstakeholders and align them to reach the best possible designsolution.
