As Social Media Manageryou willbe responsible for and support theteamwiththefollowing:
Create social mediastrategies, and theplanning and executionofsuccessful social mediacampaigns together with your team (2 reports). Overseeday-to-dayexecutionofcampaigns and ensurebrandconsistency in content, copy, tone ofvoice and relevancy, todrivethe social media KPIs
Plan a calendar of content aligned with the brands overall campaign calendar and play a leading role in planning the Always On content strategy aligned to the brands priorities. Support country / regional marketing specialists plan their local content calendars in line with the global account, and their adaptation of the global to local content.
Grow and expand Hunkemoller social mediapresenceintonew social mediaplatforms; increasepresence on existingplatformsincluding but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, and Instagram. Create actionableplanstomaintaina high level of engagement, as well as grow and maintainfollowersthroughkey social mediaplatforms
Supervise all aspectsof social mediainteractionbetweencustomers and thecompany and ensure a positive customer engagementand customer serviceexperience. Monitor the social channelsthroughMeltwater, Radarly and othertools and workcloselywith customer servicetoeffectively manage communityengagement
Ensureprogress on all platformsbyusing relevant analyticaltools such as Google Analytics and others
Plan and schedule content through scheduling toolsensuring a cohesive story line across all consumer facing channels [Team currently uses Later,Iconosquare and Meta Business suite]
Overseethecreation and implementationofthemonthlyeditorialcalendarwhichincludesmonthly KPIs objectives and key initiatives
Keep upwiththelatesttrends on social media and withintheinfluencercommunity
Ensure social mediaKPIsaremeteachfinancialperiod
CollaboratecloselywithourCreative, PR, Buying and merchandisingteamsfor rapid and seamlessexecution
