What do we expect?

A bachelor's level with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or related field; You can work in 3D and preferably have experience with programs such as Process Simulate, Robcad, Roboguide, RobotStudio or 3D CAD (e.g. Solidworks); You are assertive and not afraid to give suggestions or make changes in consultation with colleagues; You have strong analyzing skills and are able to communicate effectively with various disciplines. A good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is an advantage.

This will be your day

8:00 Today you will start a project beginning with a meeting with the mechanical engineer to discuss the mechanical design. 10:00 After the meeting you get to work and start with the reachability study where you determine the positioning of the robots and welding points distribution. This is energizing because you experience a lot of freedom to fill this in according to your own ideas. 13:00 After lunch you are back at your desk. You have already made a lot of progress, but notice that some adjustments need to be made in the mechanical design. You discuss this with the Mechanical Engineer. 15:00 Towards the end of the day you work on another project where you are in a final phase. You start the transfer towards the Robot programmer. 16:30 The day is already over. You have done a lot today and are satisfied with the results. Tomorrow is another day.
