Het bedrijf dat medische hulpmiddelen produceert, gevestigd in Venlo, Nederland. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van een reeks medische producten met betrekking tot de gezondheid van vrouwen, waaronder vruchtbaarheidsbehandelingen, diagnostische apparaten en chirurgische instrumenten. Is een wereldleider in producten en diensten voor de gezondheidszorg voor vrouwen. Het bedrijf zet zich sterk in voor innovatie, kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid en werkt nauw samen met professionals in de gezondheidszorg om producten van hoge kwaliteit te leveren die de resultaten voor patiënten verbeteren.

Functiebeschrijving

In deze uitdagende functie coördineer je de planning van inkomende zendingen en voer je ondersteunende taken uit voor uitgaande zendingen, inclusief het regelen van transport binnen het gegeven kader. In deze positie heb je intensief contact met belanghebbenden binnen en buiten de organisatie. Een cruciaal onderdeel van de rol is het intern op de hoogte houden van de status van zendingen, door vragen per e-mail en/of telefoon te beantwoorden. Het behouden van klanttevredenheid en opvolging zijn belangrijke drijfveren, en ervoor zorgen dat klanten de best mogelijke ervaring hebben, moet een van je motivaties zijn.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Klantenservice
  • Beheren van reacties op interne en externe belanghebbenden, inclusief klanten
  • Dagelijkse inkomende en uitgaande planning en indien nodig correcties / wijzigingen aanbrengen
  • Opvolgen met vervoerders over de status van zendingen, tracers starten en/of claims initiëren
  • Identificeren van vertragingen in zendingen
  • Organiseren van ophaal- en bezorgdiensten naar onze laboratoria
  • Alle relevante e-mailboxen bewaken
  • Delen van KPI's, data en prestaties met interne belanghebbenden om verbeteringen te stimuleren en de klantervaring te verbeteren
  • Organiseren van transport van en naar onze klanten, inclusief het onderhouden van de inkomende dockplanning
  • Douanedocumenten aanmaken en ondersteuning bieden bij eventuele fysieke controle door de douane
  • Eventuele afwijkingen signaleren en ondersteunen bij het oplossen ervan






Functie-eisen

Als jij voor deze uitdagende functie in aanmerking wil komen dan dien je het volgende mee te nemen:

  • Ervaring bij customer service binnen een logistieke omgeving is gewenst.
  • Bekend met Microsoft Office Suite, ERP en andere automatiseringssoftware en programma's.
  • Ervaring binnen de gezondheidszorg is een pré.
  • Nederlands en/of Engels vloeiend in woord en geschrift.
