Functieomschrijving
Binnen de functie als Quality Assurance officer zorg je on-site voor een correcte naleving van de huidige regelgeving waaronder GMP, FDA, FSSC en HACCP. Je zal assisteren bij audits, batch records controleren en toezicht houden op het trainingsproces van productie werknemers.

Verantwoordelijkheden
* Batch records reviewen
* Het monitoren van de resultaten van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en rapporteren aan belanghebbenden;
* Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en handhaving van het kwaliteitsbeleid onder relevante regelgeving (bijv. GMP/FDA/HACCP) en normen (bijv. ISO9001) om te voldoen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen voor distributieprogramma's.
* Zorg voor naleving van specificaties en vereisten voor alle activiteiten op de afdeling.
* Assisteren van auditors bij het efficiënt uitvoeren en documenteren van audits, onderzoeken, beoordelen van de impact en implementeren van corrigerende/preventieve maatregelen.
* Het stimuleren van een veiligheidscultuur en het leiden van "continuous improvement" en "management of change";
* Toezicht houden op het trainingsproces in het Learning Management Systeem

Profiel
* Opleidingsniveau; MBO, HBO, Bsc of Msc
* Minimaal 1 jaar (stage-, )werkervaring als QA officer of batch record reviewer
* Ervaring met GMP, GMP+, HACCP, FSSC of ISO-normen is een must
* Beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal is een vereiste

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
