Goedemiddag, doet u mij maar één komkommer, vier paprika’s, een kilo mandarijnen en een zak pitloze druiven alstublieft.

Waar gaat dit heen?

De groente- en fruitafdeling, een vaak dure maar noodzakelijke stop tijdens je wekelijkse inkopen. Hoe fijn zou het zijn als er één gigantisch gangpad is, waar alles te vinden is voor een betaalbare prijs? Dat is een beetje zoals dit bedrijf. Ze zijn als een grote supermarkt, maar dan voor de arbeidsmarkt. In plaats van ingewikkelde en dure softwarepakketten, bieden ze een alles-in-één oplossing aan. Denk aan functies zoals het beheren van vacatures, het matchen van kandidaten, het bijhouden van sollicitaties en meer, allemaal binnen één gebruiksvriendelijk platform. Dit zou wel eens jouw plek kunnen zijn, als je een beetje van vernieuwing houdt.

Dat doe ik zeker Wat ga ik doen?

Als Tech Lead maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair scrum team. Samen met je team bouw je aan een beter productlandschap. Je stroopt je mouwen op gaat aan de slag met het technisch uitdenken en ontwikkelen van webapplicaties. Front-end tot back-end, jij regelt het. Je gooit ideeën in de groep, praat met stakeholders en denkt groots over verschillende technische keuzes. Kortom, je ontwikkelt efficiënt nieuwe features en je werkt aan de technische groei Klinkt goed, toch?

Zeker En wat moet ik kunnen?

Je beschikt over minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Daarbij is Agile jouw mindset geworden de afgelopen jaren. C# .NET, REST API, Angular/Typescript en HTML/CSS; als je dit riedeltje zo leest dan snap je waar we het over hebben. Heb je op zijn minst de basics van Entity Framework, MSSQL en SCSS onder de knie? Top, en als je hier nog Azure en Tailwind aan kunt toevoegen dan zijn we sprakeloos. Jouw communicatiestijl is vriendelijk, duidelijk en zelfverzekerd. Bovendien wil je jezelf continu verder ontwikkelen.

Je krijgt een lekker salaris, ergens tussen de €65.000 en €85.000 per jaar, afhankelijk van je ervaring, skills en potentie.
