Stagiair(e) Packaging

Bij onze afdeling Portfolio & Partner Management bij Sunweb Group zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair(e) Packaging.
De afdeling Packaging zorgt ervoor dat alle vakanties voor onze gasten tijdig en correct online staan. Alle onderdelen van een vakantiepakket worden door andere afdelingen ingekocht, en vervolgens bij de afdeling Packaging aangeleverd. Daar zorgen zij ervoor dat deze onderdelen correct in de systemen komen te staan, zodat het calculatiesysteem de pakketten kan calculeren. Na het instellen nemen de systemen veel werk uit handen.
Als stagiair(e) Packaging help je mee met de uitval, bijvoorbeeld vakantie pakketten welke vastlopen tijdens calculatie, fouten in prijzen en errors in online boekingen. Dan begint het puzzelen om ervoor te zorgen dat de problemen worden opgelost waardoor de pakketten toch zo snel mogelijk online komen tegen een juiste prijs.
Wat ga je doen als stagiair(e)?
Tijdens jouw stage leer je:
- Hoe online boekbare reizen tot stand komen
- Hoe processen en systemen met elkaar in verbinding staan
- Vragen/problemen op te lossen van Contact Center, Trade, Marketing en Product afdeling
- Het oplossen van warnings/errors in de vakantie pakketten die gemaakt worden
- Hoe je de configuratie moet instellen zodat vakantie pakketten online komen
- Hoe je inkoopprijzen op gemaakte boekingen kan controleren

Welke vaardigheden brengen je naar de top?
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (spreken en schrijven)
- Je volgt een mbo+ of hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting
- Je werkt met weinig moeite in diverse systemen
- Je hebt een energieke en positieve (werk)houding
- Je bent proactief, leergierig en je hebt oog voor kwaliteit
Als geschikte kandidaat kan je minimaal 4 dagen in de week meewerken en ben je vanaf september 2024 beschikbaar.
