The Gig: As an Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our dynamic team, supporting the execution of affiliate and collaboration strategies to drive traffic and demand for our European web shops and stores. This role focuses on the EMEA markets and trends.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Affiliate & Partnership Manager to support in developing and executing effective affiliate marketing strategies for the EMEA markets, aiming to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer acquisition. Relationship Management: Establish, build, and nurture relationships with existing and new affiliates, including loyalty, cashback, buy now pay later, voucher, and content partners. Innovation and Research: Stay ahead by researching, evaluating, and testing new technologies and strategic opportunities within the affiliate/partner landscape. Market Insight : Develop a basic understanding of performance and partners within EMEA markets to inform strategic decisions. Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize multiple simultaneous campaigns, ensuring efficiency and goal effectiveness. Collaborative Explorer: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication of channel activity and overall strategic direction. Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables. Insightful Reporting: Present accurate and timely results to senior management and stakeholders on a weekly basis. Proactive Troubleshooting: Proactively identify issues, perform quality assurance, troubleshoot, and make necessary changes.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the affiliate marketing channel (internship experience focused on digital marketing will be considered). Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing concepts. Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, affiliate partners, and agency contacts. Experience with an Affiliate Network like Awin, Rakuten, Impact preferred but not required; training will be provided on the current affiliate network. Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus. Proficient in Google Analytics, Data Studio & Microsoft Excel. Data-driven and eager to learn.
