Introduction
Do you see it as a challenge to improve user experience by implementing process and system improvements?To maintain and improve the European Sales Force CRM system, Shimano is looking for a CRM System Specialist.
This position is part of the E-Business team within the Commercial Operations department. Together with our colleagues in Sales Operations and Brand Coordination we provide a variety of shared services aimed at enabling our 20+ local offices across Europe to run as efficiently and productively as possible.
In this role you will be working closely with (local) Business teams, the global head office in Japan, related Systems teams, and Technology Services. The aim is to deliver the best experience for the users of the CRM system.
Your focus will be to help maintain and troubleshoot the Sales Force CRM system and improve the user experience, ensuring it is used to its full potential by the local European offices.
The Challenge
Drive the implementation of CRM related initiatives across different departments, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure on time delivery. Proactively seek improvement areas affecting the end-to-end user journey and devise possible solutions. Develop business cases for improvements to help take data driven decisions Execute business analysis and translate requirements into clear user stories Keep in direct contact with the 3rd parties performing maintenance and development. Guide the System Support colleagues to ensure support SLAs and KPIs are met Participate in projects, such as the implementation of systems. Engage in strategy & direction, change & communication.
What are we looking for?
A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree. 3-5 years of experience in functional system maintenance or similar, preferably in an international B2B environment. Customer & result oriented with a proactive attitude. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are a self-starter and team player. Analytical and Data-driven: Base your proposals on facts rather than opinions. You are accurate and have an eye for detail. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Knowledge of and certification in Salesforce CRM (such as Salesforce Administrator) is a plus.
