Euronext Corporate Services

The Euronext Corporate Services team is composed of over professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets. They help organisations, both listed and non-listed, private and public, make the most effective use of capital markets and run more efficiently.

Euronext Corporate Services already serves more than 4,+ clients including over  listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Our clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal) but also beyond (e.g. UK, Nordics, Spain, Germany).

Euronext Corporate Services strategically combines its three product lines across various business functions to provide client-centric and tailored solutions. This integration includes advanced technological and SaaS-based services designed to meet the specific needs of our clients:

  • Public Sector Services: iBabs and Webcast products cater to the unique needs of the public sector, delivering streamlined performance.
  • Investor Relations & Communication Services: Advisory IR Solutions, Webcast, Academy, Congress Center, My Share Price Live, and Newswire Services empower issuers and corporate companies with effective investor relations and communication tools.
  • Compliance Services: ComplyLog and Reg-tech solutions ensure seamless regulatory compliance for issuers and advisors.

Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division with dedicated teams for Sales, Marketing, Client Excellence, Product, and Technology, providing support for our business activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications;
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications;
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems;
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • Higher level academic technical qualification e.g. Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent
  • Experience developing application in a microservices architecture
  • Excellent object-oriented design and coding skills in .NET/.NET Core
  • Solid experience with GIT, relational and non-relational database
  • Experience in creating and maintaining unit and integration tests
  • Be familiar with Amazon Webservices, containers and CICD practices
  • Knowledge of agile development practices
  • Pro-active attitude, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English
