We are seeking a Personal Assistant for our CEO to join our team

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong attention to detail.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing communications including but not limited to email
  • Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, and follow up on action items as necessary
  • Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations
  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism
  • Planning and coordinating events, from logistics to execution, to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage tasks and projects efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining clear communication with the team
  • Conduct research on various topics as needed, compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a concise manner
  • Run personal errands as required
  • Act as a liaison between internal staff and external contacts, fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration
