You will be part of the Antibody Research Materialsdepartment, which fuels Genmab’s discovery pipeline by supplyingthe base elements for the projects: the researchmaterials. This vacancy is in the Cell Banking & TransientProduction Team.
Functieomschrijving
As a Research Associate in Transient Production youwill take care of the transient production of antibody fragmentsand antigens as recombinant proteins under the Antibody ResearchMaterials department for the R&D department.

Perform laboratory work to culturehost cell lines (CHO, HEK…) and perform transienttransfections
-
Contributeto the implementation of new techniques like Ambr15 systems andoctet measurement assays
Perform your work in the dedicated time frame with yourteam members

Document thelaboratory work and results in the dedicated electronic labnotebook systems, continuously assess and improve current workflowsand implement them in laboratory information management systems(LIMS)

As multiplestakeholders will be involved this role requires good communicationand planning skills as well as good laboratory practiceskills
Forthe position of a Research Associate in Transient Production we arelooking for a bachelor / HBO educated candidate specialized in LifeSciences
(PhD candidates will not beconsidered for this position)

You have at least 1-2 years of experience inthe field of cell culture and protein production

You are proactive and enjoy workingin a team and inspire others with your enthusiasm

You are stress resistant, accurateand capable of running several experiments in parallel

You recognize the importance ofworking according to the agreed research-based Quality System,which includes adhering to procedures and detailed documentation ofyour work
