Intercel started the company 30 years ago and has grown into a full-service supplier focused on battery systems, batteries, chargers and energy systems. The demand for batteries is only increasing. This means that you will be working in an economy-proof market.

You will work in logistics in the production department (Electrification). At Intercel we make custom batteries for the customer. We supply battery packs for all kinds of different industrial applications, ranging from excavators to forklifts and off-grid storage systems.

The team consists of three other logistics colleagues, with whom you ensure proper receipt, storage, issue to production and correct delivery of end products. In your role as Supervisor you are responsible for ensuring that all processes run smoothly and you manage the logistics colleagues. You have a coaching style of leadership and put people first. Our brand new factory in Haarlem will be ready in 2025, and together with you we will completely reorganize the logistics order flow and inventory management.

Responsible:

• Functional management of the warehouse specialists;
• The timely and correct processing of the entire incoming and outgoing flow of goods for Intercel Electrifications;
• Maintaining the associated administration and order processing in the computer system.

It is an international team where the working language is English. We work in day shift

The ideal Logistics Supervisor for this position is someone with:

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial logistics position;
• Affinity with computers and experience with an ERP system (such as Ridder, SAP, Navision or similar);
• Good command of the English language;
• You have strong communication skills, are a self-starter and dare to make decisions;
• It is an advantage if you have a certificate for a stacker, forklift & reach truck.
