At , we’re on a mission to redefine the financial landscape. Our cutting-edge solutions empower banks, insurers, and advisors to transform the way they serve their customers. Now, we’re looking for a Lead Marketer to create a strong brand and drive impact in both the Netherlands and abroad. You will work within the Finance division, that is part of Topicus.

What will you do as a lead marketer?

You are going to further refine our product strategy, shape our marketing roadmap, aligning it with our growth objectives, and elevate our brand and reach new heights internationally. We are scaling our marketing and communication resources; therefore, we need a person who will lead the change

The Lead Marketer supports the organization’s growth objectives by building brand awareness and driving marketing leads. You lead a team of marketers and support our business development team to make sure the marketing leads convert to sales. We value existing customers just as much as new customers. You’ll be working with account management and delivery management to make sure our customers remain happy

What do you bring as a lead marketer?

You are a real pioneer and enterprising. You see opportunities, creates them and has a problem-solving attitude. We also think it is important that;

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience of which minimum 3 years in a leading position. Experience in B2B Tech marketing, preferably in Finance or Fintech Expertise in managing both digital and offline marketing channels with a successful track record in establishing a global presence and driving high-growth marketing initiatives Having completed an HBO or higher study in Marketing and Communications, Business Administration, or other comparable fields. Ensuring all your positioning, messaging and campaign strategy resonates with our target executive persona. Available at least 32 hours per week. Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

Experience in managing mid-size marketing teams Leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team Experience in setting up successful global campaigns
