In this role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay informed about company policies and product offerings to assist customers effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service applications
