Jouw werkzaamheden

Als Operational Buyer speel je een belangrijke rol in het inkoopproces binnen de organisatie. Met een scherp oog voor detail, zorg je ervoor dat de benodigde producten op tijd en volgens de hoogste kwaliteit worden geleverd. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de inkooporders en het onderhouden van relaties met de leveranciers.

Na inwerkperiode waarbij opleidingen en trainingen op de werkvloer elkaar afwisselen ga jij aan de slag als Operational Buyer. Je werkzaamheden zijn zeer divers. Hieronder zijn er een aantal opgesomd:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van producten voor verschillende projecten; Je houd je bezig met prijsonderhandelingen en maakt prijsafspraken met leveranciers; Je ontvangt stuklijsten van collega’s en beoordeelt deze; Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de leveranciers en onderhoudt relaties met hen; Je houdt de levertijden en projectplanning in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig; Je werkt samen met diverse interne afdelingen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s omtrent vragen over leveringen; Je controleert facturen en zorgt voor administratieve verwerkingen in het ERP-systeem; Samen met je collega’s denk je mee en indien nodig worden er bepaalde processen verbeterd.

Jouw profiel

Hbo werk- en denkniveau; Je gaat oplossingsgericht te werk; Je beheerst de Nederlandse in zowel woord als geschrift; Je kunt omgaan met MS-office; Je hebt een klant- en servicegerichte instelling, probleemoplossend vermogen en een positieve houding; Je werkt graag in een leuk team, met een leuke werksfeer; Je bent gedreven om jezelf en het team verder te ontwikkelen; Je bent flexibel en staat open voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
