Program Specialist Training

Rituals is all about innovative products that enhance wellbeing, and constantly surprising our customers with something new. Launching hundreds of new product innovations a year, this is your chance to be at the forefront of delivering high quality Innovation learning programs to meet the growing needs of Rituals. You will be responsible for co-creating, planning and executing training & development programs across all markets and all lines of business, contributing to improvement of employee engagement, customer experience and sales.
You will contribute to, and from part to part (co-)owns, the development and implementation of blended training & development programs impacting Rituals employees in all lines of business in all markets. Deliver consistent, smart and easy-to-implement programs and chooses relevant and effective tactics and tools to enhance Rituals employees’ knowledge and skills and deliver a perfect selling ceremony to each customer in store. Contributes to the growth of Rituals KPIs by turning learning into performance.
Furthermore, you will:
- Keep up to date with all forecasted Innovations at Rituals
- Critically evaluate existing Innovation programs and implement new programs to support product knowledge on the shop floor with the ultimate goal to give each customer a feel good experience and reach sales targets
- Independently execute training programs from definition to implementation and evaluation
- Define, plan and execute blended training programs that engage learners and contribute to our company goals
- Contribute to innovative ideas for training, coaching and learning, based on various (market) requirements and finding the best concept / learning solution
- Know your learner and represent their needs in training program design, keep a frontline mindset and protect the ease of implementation of training programs for all markets
- Co-create follow-up tools related to Innovations to ensure continuous learning on the shopfloor
- Follow up on programs executed in the markets and bring back learnings to identify new development needs
- Monitor, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and the extent to which learning results in performance.
As a Program Specialist Training & Development you use your creative mindset and magic to translate business needs into excellent learning programs. You make sure that what you develop is grounded in adult learning principles and is spot on, intuitive and delightful for our learners.
Qualifications
High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. You are a great communicator, at all levels and across all cultures, and know what stakeholder management entails. You are impact-driven: if it works for the frontline and customers, it works for you. You love an international setting and are obsessed about frontline development. In addition, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is the only constant.
On top of it, you have:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and/or designing commercial training solutions, preferably from within a branded retail environment
- Master, bachelor’s degree/ higher professional education in retail, hospitality management, business administration, or comparable
- Knowledge of didactics, adult learning, 70:20:10 model, knowledge transfer principles
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management and implementation of learning solutions
- Experience in commercial training and/or learning design, passion for retail
- Strong project & stakeholder management skills, able to plan and execute projects independently
- Analytical and able to convert insights into action, as well as to present these in a convincing way
- Experience in retail sales
- Experience with knowledge bases and AI technologies in training
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at the office as well as in stores
- Fluent in English and working proficiency in Dutch
