About this role : 

We are looking for a Junior Community Support Specialist in the Netherlands as a Working-Student (20h/week).

Do you know how to keep a community happy and at the same time make sure that the rules of behaviour are respected? Do you love working your way through loads of threads and helping users with advice and support at all times?


Responsibilities: 

You communicate with our community and moderate the posts of our users You review and maintain deals and add important information You support our members with all kinds of questions and concerns You help new members to find their way in our community You ensure that discussions are kept at an objective, factual level You know the netiquette inside out and help users to internalise it


Your Profile : 

You describe your working style as structured, responsible and independent, combined with a certain attention to detail You have no problem working on weekends, as a community also needs support during this time You have a strong affinity for the internet and remain calm even in stressful situations Fluent in Dutch with good English skills, as we work closely with our colleagues across countries You already have experience in community management or are already part of the nl.pepper.com community (a plus, but not a requirement)
