Facilities coordinator Part-Time

Voor onze locatie Juniper Networks op Schiphol Rijk zijn wij op zoek naar een part time Facilities Management Representative.
In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk dat de klanttevredenheid op het hoogste niveau blijft door een proactieve service van hoge kwaliteit te bieden aan enkele Juniper-vestigingen. Dit is een parttime functie van 20 uur per week in Schiphol-Rijk om de uitbestede bedrijfsrestaurant dienstverlening te managen en de externe kantoor locaties in Brussel en Mnchen te ondersteunen met facilitaire dienstverlening. Jouw voornaamste taken bestaan uit:
- Cordineren van alle diensten en leveranciers op afstand voor Mnchen en Brussel:
- Erop toezien dat de werkzaamheden van onze partners voor schoonmaakdiensten naar tevredenheid worden uitgevoerd, zoals: het schoonmaken en bijvullen van koffiemachines, vaatwasser etc. en dat alle vergaderruimten vrij zijn van gebruikte kopjes, tekst op schermen/borden en kabels opgeruimd zijn
- Erop toezien dat alle klant- en vergaderruimten netjes zijn en dat de temperatuur op een comfortabel niveau is.
- Bewaken van de voorraad en bestellen van verbruiksartikelen / koffie / thee / sanitaire benodigdheden en eventuele andere benodigdheden op basis van de locatievereisten.
- Loggen, bewaken, bijwerken van tickets voor storingen en vereiste verbeteringen; bijwerken en aanvullen waar van toepassing (SI7 , IT Help Desk en anderen)
- Voortdurend communiceren van problemen in het gebouw aan eindgebruikers, Juniper en het CBRE Management team. Escaleren van urgente problemen naar de Facilities Manager
- Samenwerken met leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat onderhoudsschema's worden uitgevoerd (klusjesman / Mobile Tech team en andere leveranciers)
- Assisteren bij de inductie van aannemers (personeel van leveranciers)
- Alle EHSS (Health & Safety and Environmental)-vereisten opvolgen die in werkinstructies worden uiteengezet of in trainingssessies worden gecommuniceerd.
- Samenwerken met het facilitaire team om ervoor te zorgen dat met succes wordt voldaan aan de facilitaire behoeften van de klant.
- Het restaurant en de keuken op locatie beheren. Cordineren met de cateraar en beheren van F&B activiteiten met de cateraar in Day2day operaties en werknemer gerelateerde zaken.
In deze rol werk je vanaf de locatie op Schiphol Rijk en rapporteer je aan de Facilities Manager.

- Een salaris tussen de 2.500 en 3.200 bruto per maand op fulltime basis (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring);
