MSX is een zakelijke dienstverlener op het gebied van Business Process Outsourcing, dat door technologie ondersteunde diensten aanbiedt aan de Automotive sector. Ons doel is om onze klanten te ondersteunen door processen te verbeteren, omzet te verhogen, kosten te verlagen en cliënten tevreden te houden.

Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Technical Field Engineer. Als Field Engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan de dealers. Dit doe je ter plekke in de werkplaats. Je begeleidt de dealers bij het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen. Op deze manier help je hen een goede service te verlenen aan hun klanten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Naast het verlenen van technisch advies, begeleid je de techniekers actief in het analyseren van technisch vraagstukken, zodat zij in de toekomst zelfstandig diagnose kunnen stellen;
- Je behandelt Technical Reports en verzekert de opvolging;
- Je verplaatst je naar de dealers wanneer het probleem telefonisch niet opgelost kan worden of als er zich kwaliteits-of veiligheidsproblemen voordoen;
- Je escaleert Technical Reports naar het hoofdkantoor;
- Je volgt alle technische informatie op die ons vanuit het hoofdkantoor wordt bezorgd op;
- Je draagt er zorg voor dat de technische informatie tot bij de dealers geraakt en correct vertaald zijn.
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of relevante ervaring;
- Affiniteit met EV-technologie is een pré;
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands en Duits) en je hebt ook goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en staat open voor verdere zelfontwikkeling;
- Die kennis deel je ook graag;
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in autotechniek;
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen;
- Je bent proactief en kunt werken in een snel veranderende omgeving;
- Je bent pedagogische, klantgericht, communicatief en stressbestendig.
Locatie: Gorinchem (backoffice)
Werkopstelling: Hybride (reizen, thuiswerken, backoffice).
Werkuren: fulltime (40 uur per week).
