We are seeking passionate and driven university students to join our team as Startup Ambassadors . In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to connect startups with top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility as a Startup Ambassador will be to identify, nurture, and develop startup leads within your assigned territory.
Your tasks will include:
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential startups that could benefit from our recruiting services. Outreach: Initiate contact with startup founders, CEOs, or HR managers via email, LinkedIn, or other relevant platforms to introduce our services and build relationships. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with startup contacts, understanding their specific needs, and providing excellent customer service. Pitching Services: Clearly and compellingly articulate the benefits of partnering with Funded.club for their recruiting needs. Appointment Setting: Securing appointments for discovery calls with interested startup representatives and coordinating the scheduling of these calls. Reporting: Tracking and reporting your outreach efforts and outcomes as directed. Participating: Attend virtual Ambassador Team meetings and training regularly.Qualifications
Currently enrolled in university with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Familiarity with recruiting or human resources concepts is a plus but not required.What you Get
