PLANT & HR ADMIN - ZOETERMEER

Logoplaste is looking for a Plant & HR Admin for our facility in Zoetermeer. In this role you will support both the Management Team and the HR department administratively. You are aware of what is going on within the organization, know how to set priorities and deal with matters proactively. You report directly to the Plant Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Monitoring the progress of the administrative processes in the field of HR, including in and out of employment, conditions of employment, recruitment, etc.Creating purchase orders, delivery notes, and sales orders, as well as receiving goods.Back-office duties (receiving visitors, orders, etc.).Controlling invoicing.

Background and experience

You have successfully completed an MBO education in direction of HR, administrative, or another relevant education.You have experience with (HR) administration.You are practical, flexible, have a hands-on mentality and are enthusiastic, accurate and with integrity.

Technical skills

Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.Good command of both Dutch and English in word and writing.
