Supervisor Specimen Management

Job Description
As a Supervisor Specimen Management you are responsible for planning and overseeing daily activities, such as sample receipt and registration. You will address deviations and escalations via daily stand-up meetings.
The Supervisor will lead the teams through training, process improvements and other projects under the supervision of the Manager. You support team members in achieving the goals you have set for them during annual performance reviews.
The Supervisor is the first point of contact for team members and other internal departments.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years working experience in a production environment; Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing; Clear communicator; Flexible working hours including weekends; Ability to multitask; Ability to set priorities and work accurately under deadlines; Capable of resolving problems and escalate as appropriate.
