Wat ga je doen als Customer Support Representative?
Als Customer Support Representative werk je binnen het Customer Support team en draag je bij aan het leveren van de beste dienstverlening aan de klanten van Eurofins. Je hebt samen met je collega’s het doel om de klanten te ontzorgen en de binnenkomende vragen zo goed en snel mogelijk te behandelen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je maakt klanten blij
- Oppakken en prioriteren van binnenkomende vragen
- Bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden
- Meedenken om de klant nog beter van dienst te zijn
Kortom: jij bent het gezicht én de stem van Eurofins voor de klant en bent gedurende het proces het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant, collega’s van Eurofins laboratoria en Sales.
Functie-eisen
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minimaal een havo- of mbo-diploma;
- Beschikbaar tussen 24-40 uren per week;
- Menselijke interactie geeft je energie;
- Het oplossen van problemen motiveert je;
- Helder communiceren en goed luisteren doe je van nature;
- Tevreden klanten bezorgen jou een glimlach
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van chemie/gerelateerde werkervaring is een pré
