Title: Hotel Operations Manager

Salary: €4,000 to €5,500 per month + perks

Based: Amsterdam, Netherlands

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager for a successful hotel in Amsterdam with +350 rooms, several restaurants and MICE spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set frameworks and guidelines for departments in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
  • Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • You will lead Front Office Manager, F&B Manager, and Facility Coordinator, while also indirectly managing 60 colleagues
  • Optimize work processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor budgets, margins, and create action plans for budget overruns.
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer support to department heads.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of operational experience.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Good team motivator and leading by example mentality.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
