About the position of Servicedesk Employee

What to expect of the Servicedesk Employee position within Huisman? 

As a Servicedesk Employee you are a Single-Point-Of-Contact for end-users. You provide 1st line (technical) support to end-users. And you ensure adequate response to all requests. As a result, you ensure that incident management process KPI are met according to SLA and user satisfaction

You are:

responsible; someone who shows ownership; service minded; solution-oriented; proactive; very accurate; strong focussed on quality; process minded; flexible; able to work under pressure.

You have:

Secondary vocational IT diploma of higher; > 5 years experience in a similar position; MD-102 Microsoft certificate is a plus; a certificate PSM is a plus; an Agile SCRUM mindset; ITIL Foundation; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA A+; CompTIA IT Fundamentals; Microsoft Office Certified; Microsoft Operating System Certified; Azure fundamentals; Microsoft 365 fundamentals; Office 365 Modern desktop admin.

Some practical things we need you to have:

An EU passport/valid work permit for The Netherlands; A good command of the English language verbally and in writing.
