QC Inspector – E&I

Nouvall Engineering Services is specialized inproject support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industry.
We provide expertise in the field of Engineering,Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction andSafety.

• Review and comment on Subcontractor procedures andInspection & test plans.
• Perform witness,inspection & surveillance checks and continually assessSubcontractor QC performance.
• Ensure the quality ofthe work in accordance with the Construction Site Quality Plan,approved ITPs, and procedures within assigned areas. 
• Ensure that all inspection activities are recorded in theappropriate records. 
• Monitor Subcontractors QCresource levels to achieve quality standards according to agreedratio.
• Identify, to document Subcontractor andSupplier quality deficiencies and initiate non-conformance processas required.
• Record deficiencies and/or incompleteworks on punch items and liaise with supervisor/ superintendent toexpedite necessary rectification.
• Maintain closeliaison with discipline supervisors to coördinate filedinspections.
• Make sure that materials used are inaccordance with project technical documents and applicable codesand specifications.
• Support QC/ turnover team forcollecting relevant QC records.
• Implement HSEprocedures and standards in compliance with applicable laws, Healthand Safety Documentation and Environmental ManagementManual. 
• Be diligent and draw attention to unsafeacts, unsafe behaviours and unsafe conditions.

•Have solid background of E&I disciplines.
• Have aminimum of 5 years of experience in construction field covering QCfunctions.
• Be familiar with AREI regulation.
• Be familiar with Completion and turnover managementprocess.
