Bolsius is een familiebedrijf en een van de grootste kaarsenfabrikanten ter wereld. Hierdoor zijn we een belangrijke speler in de Home Ambiance categorie in meer dan 50 landen. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Schijndel, hier wordt de strategie bepaald en worden innovaties ontwikkeld en getest voordat het internationale speelveld wordt betreden. Bolsius heeft eigen productielocaties in Polen en Nederland (Roermond). Daarnaast zijn er een aantal lokale verkooporganisaties. In de afgelopen jaren is de propositie van Bolsius succesvol uitgebreid van 'kaarsenmaker' naar een volwaardig Home Ambiance merk met de nadruk op design, prestaties en duurzaamheid. De strategie voor de komende jaren is om het merk Bolsius verder te laten groeien, binnen bestaande kanalen en klanten en daarbuiten. Als werkgever combineert Bolsius het beste van twee werelden: een ondernemend familiebedrijf en een professionele en internationaal georiënteerde cultuur. FUNCTIE
In deze functie realiseer je de sales- en margedoelstellingen voor jouw klantengroep. Dat doe je door het beheren van bestaande klanten en acquisitie van nieuwe klanten. Klanten zijn met name Foodservice groothandels, key accounts in Horeca, kerstpakket klanten en Non-food groothandels.
Lange termijn relaties met accounts staan bij jou voorop. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Out Of Home. De rol maakt deel uit van Business Unit 2 (Benelux).
TAKENPAKKET
Als Account Manager Out of Home ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, afstemmen en implementeren van het jaarlijkse promotieprogramma. Je vertaalt inzichten uit (promotie)analyses en klantafspraken naar het Sales plan. Je bespreekt het periodiek sales plan met de afdeling Demand planning. Je bouwt bestaande relaties uit en versterkt deze. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor omzet en marge en maakt de accountplannen en (jaar)afspraken van jouw klantengroep. Je maakt en interpreteert markt- en concurrentieanalyses. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke bijdrage in het OCT, waar je je eigen klanten vertegenwoordigt, ten einde de gezamenlijke doelstellingen te bereiken.
FUNCTIE-EISEN
Voor deze functie beschik je over een hbo denk- en werkniveau, je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding hbo-commerciële economie of Hogere Hotelschool. Daarnaast heb je minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare commerciële ervaring en bent bekend met de FMCG-branche. Ervaring met MS-Office en ERP-systemen is vereist. Wij zoeken een commercieel ingestelde, besluitvaardige en initiatiefrijke persoonlijkheid die de klant voorop stelt. Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen, kunt goed tot de kern van een probleem komen, werkt resultaatgericht en weet je eigen werkzaamheden goed te organiseren. Onderhandelen en acquireren zijn jou op het lijf geschreven.
