Deze producent van voedingsmiddelen heeft verschillende productiefaciliteiten in Nederland. Voor de locatie in Noordwijk zijn ze op zoek naar een Reliability Engineer. Versheid en kwaliteit van het product staat hier in centraal. De gehele productie is hier op ingericht, wat betekent dat verbetermethodieken jarenlang geleden al zijn geïntroduceerd en dat er gewerkt wordt met de nieuwste technieken om aan deze kernwaarden te voldoen.

Functie-inhoud:
  • je stelt KPI’s op en bewaakt deze om de realisatie van gestelde onderhoudsdoelstellingen te meten
  • je faciliteert bij het analyseren van repeterende technische storingen en breakdowns, met als doel de grondoorzaken te achterhalen: techniek, gedrag, organisatie (RCA afdeling/ discipline overstijgend)
  • je rapporteert en analyseert Cost Drivers (keten kosten)/ Prestatieverliezen op lijn of machine niveau, gericht op het elimineren van oorzaken van onderhoudsgevoeligheid en afwijkingen
  • je initieert, faciliteert en adviseert verbeterteams om de installatieprestaties en installatiebetrouwbaarheid te verhogen
  • je zorgt als Reliability Engineervoor een structurele verbetering door het opstellen van een jaarplan van verbeterprojecten, het afstemmen van de opdrachtformulering, het uitvoeren van onderzoeksvragen en het opstellen van een plan van aanpak
  • je stelt in samenspraak met de Technisch Manager KPI’s op en bewaakt deze om realisatie van gestelde onderhoudsdoelstellingen te meten
  • je adviseert als Reliability Engineerover onderhoudscontracten zoals lease, sla en 24 uurs service en sluit deze contracten af


Functie-eisen:
  • je hebt bij voorkeur HBO of WO Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of Technisch Bedrijfskunde afgerond of hebt door ervaring HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • je opereert als Reliability Engineervoornamelijk op tactisch beheerniveau
  • je neemt ervaring mee als technicus, bij voorkeur in een productieorganisatie
  • je hebt kennis van onder andere de RCM/RCA/FMECA risicoanalysemethodieken
  • je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd met een resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • je beschikt als Reliability Engineerover analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • een betrokken en stressbestendige persoonlijkheid met een kritische blik
  • Professionele beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk; kennis van Engels wordt gewaardeerd.
