Als Concern Information Security Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ondersteunen in de implementeren en evalueren van het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid van Rivas. Rivas heeft de afgelopen jaren een stevige basis opgebouwd. Rivas heeft het doel om de komende jaren de informatieveiligheid verder te optimaliseren. De beschikbaarheid, integriteit en vertrouwelijkheid van informatie staan hoog in het vaandel dit vertaalt zich o.a. in onze NEN 7510 en 7513 certificering. Ook de toenemende mate van digitalisering (eHealth) gaat gepaard met de uitdaging om ervoor te zorgen dat dit betrouwbaar geïmplementeerd wordt, zodat dit toegevoegde waarde creëert voor zowel de cliënt als voor Rivas. Je ontwikkelt en verbetert het beleid van informatiebeveiliging en je ziet toe op de naleving hiervan. Je maakt beveiligingsrisico’s inzichtelijk, signaleert trends en zorgt voor passende maatregelen daarop. Je voert audits en tracers uit om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de informatiebeveiliging en privacy te controleren en te bewaken. Je zorgt voor de uitvoering van het programma informatiebeveiliging en borgt hiermee de certificering van de NEN 7510 en NEN 7513 voor Rivas. Je rapporteert periodiek over voortgang van informatiebeveiliging en privacy aan ons Raad van Bestuur en je adviseert het management gevraagd en ongevraagd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor individuele medewerkers met vragen en problemen op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en privacy. Je vertegenwoordigt Rivas bij externe partijen op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging. Waar ga je werken?
Rivas Zorggroep levert als ketenzorgorganisatie in een groot gebied in het midden van Nederland, wijkverpleging, ziekenhuiszorg en verpleeghuiszorg. De beste zorg realiseren voor elke bewoner, cliënt en patiënt. Dát is het resultaat waar de bijna 5.000 medewerkers van Rivas Zorggroep zich dagelijks voor inspannen.
Jij maakt onderdeel uit van team Projecten, Kwaliteit en Compliance binnen het cluster Compliance Control. Je werkt voor de gehele Rivas Zorggroep voor verschillende interne opdrachtgevers. Jouw kantoor is in Gorinchem of thuis.
Wie ben jij? Je hebt HBO/academisch werk en denkniveau. CISA/CISM/CISSP certificatie is een pre of je bent bereid deze te behalen. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met NEN 7510, NEN 7512, NEN 7513 ISO, ISO . Je hebt kennis van of bent geïnteresseerd in Wet en Regelgeving waaronder WBNI, Wabvpz, WGBO, AVG en uAVG. Je hebt goede adviesvaardigheden, je werkt klantgericht, toont initiatief en bent gericht op samenwerken. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Wat bieden wij?
Wij vertrouwen erop dat je goed bent in wat je doet. Dit krijg je er van ons voor terug. Je verdient een salaris tussen de € 4457,- en € 6716,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur. De functie is ingedeeld in FWG 60. Hogere functie- en salarisinschaling is mogelijk, afhankelijk van kennis en aantoonbare ervaring. Je krijgt vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Kies zelf of je je vakantiegeld en/of eindejaarsuitkering per maand of per jaar ontvangt. Je tekent een vast contract voor 36 uur in de week. Je kunt rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao ziekenhuizen, zoals reiskosten en verlofdagen maar ook een automatische pensioenopbouw en collectieve zorgverzekering. Je kiest zelf je aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden (MKA-regeling Zorg) en profiteert van Rivas Benefits at Work.
