Functieomschrijving

As an Investment Operations Specialist you will be acrucial part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of ourinvestment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing Transactions: Checking completedtransactions for proper execution and accurate administration withthe custody party/parties and resolving issues if discrepancies arefound. 
  • Daily Reconciliation: Reconcilingcash and/or securities accounts daily. 
  • Fee and NAV Verification: Verifying fees (settlement,custody, clearing) and Net Asset Values (NAVs) including accrualsand valuations. 
  • Counterparty RiskMonitoring: Monitoring counterparty risk in consultation with theRisk department and reporting to management if funds are at risk offalling outside the ‘comfort zone’. 
  • Margin and Collateral Management: Daily management ofmargin and collateral with counterparties. 
  • Compliance and Change Management: Engaging closely withcompliance to manage changes resulting from evolving laws andregulations. 
  • Departmental Support:Supporting the Portfolio Management, IT, Finance & Control, andBack Office departments with data and structural issues asneeded. 
  • Process Streamlining: Ensuringthe streamlining of processes concerning the managed funds throughintensified use of the existing IT infrastructure. 
  • Monitoring Compliance: Overseeing compliance dashboards,allocations, and purchases.

Functie-eisen
  • A completed Bachelor's of Maater's degree in a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience ininvestment management operations.
  • Knowledgeand exposure to compliance, tax and risk.
  • Strong numeracy and accounting skills. Excellent commandof the English language.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Depending on your experience and level, agross salary of €3,750 - €4,250 per month on a full-timebasis.
  • 26 holidays on a full-timebasis.
