Wat ga je doen als Financial Controller bij CompaNanny?
In jouw rol als Financial Controller op ons hoofdkantoor werk je nauw samen met de CFO, controllers van dochterondernemingen, aandeelhouders en jouw directe collega’s.
Als Financial Controller vallen alle finance gerelateerde vraagstukken op holding niveau onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt intensief samen met het finance & control team van onze ruim 50 Nederlandse vestigingen. Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming met andere dochterondernemingen, zoals de Zwitserse tak van CompaNanny: Akidemy. De dagelijkse administratie van deze dochterondernemingen valt onder de lokale finance teams; zij leveren hun resultaten aan bij jou. Jij controleert, stuurt bij, consolideert en rapporteert aan de CFO. Je coördineert en consolideert het budget, de maandcijfers en KPI’s en rapporteert dit aan de directie, aandeelhouders en banken. Je houdt je bezig met cashflow forecasting & analyses, inclusief de Capex inventarisatie. Je doet de coördinatie en voorbereiding van de audit en stelt de jaarrekening op. Je coördineert de tax aangiftes (VPB, BTW). Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de banken en monitort de betalingen.CompaNanny groeit als organisatie en daarmee ook jouw rol als Financial Controller. Zo zijn we bijvoorbeeld recent overgestapt naar een nieuw accountantskantoor. Hier worden hogere eisen gesteld ten aanzien van de jaarrekening en processen. Deze eisen ga jij integreren en zo til jij de verslaglegging naar een volgend niveau

Wat ga je verdienen als Financial Controller
Als Financial Controller krijg je een marktconform salaris afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je krijgt hierover 8% vakantiegeld, wat je kan besteden tijdens je 25 vakantiedagen. Je ontvangt een bonus, de hoogte is afhankelijk van realisatie van bedrijfsdoelen Je ontvangt een persoonlijk keuzebudget. Hiermee kan je o.a. extra vakantiedagen bijkopen, een training volgen of iets aanschaffen met belastingvoordeel. Dé expert in kindontwikkeling zijn we niet zonder jou
Je hebt een succesvol afgeronde HBO- of WO opleiding in de financiële richting. Bij voorkeur heb je een RA of ACCA titel. Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Je bent sterk op het gebied van Accounting. Denk hierbij aan consolideren van deelnemingen, journaalposten en het opstellen van de kolommenbalans t.b.v. de jaarrekening. Je hebt uitstekende modelmatige Excel skills; de consolidatie van cijfers vindt plaats in Excel. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden schakel je gemakkelijk met zowel aandeelhouders, controllers van dochterondernemingen als directe collega’s.
