Job Description

Start date: Q3 2024 or as soon as possible.

Duration: 6 months. We prefer students able to extend up to a maximum of 12 months.

Location: High Tech Campus building 34

Type: Non – Thesis

Weekly availability: 40 hours

You will support the Excellence Operations Team in the Field of Human Resources, working daily within an international team.

You are responsible for

Maintaining and support in monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

Organizing, and attending and participating in team & stakeholder meetings

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Undertaking project tasks as required and supporting the team within process design activities.

Organization, analysis, and consolidation of information & data for team, business, and stakeholders

Supporting teams across our center of excellence where needed

Suggesting improvements for our current processes and procedures

Support in process design

To succeed in this role, you‘ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Students currently studying towards Master in: Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Business Management or Sociology

Fluency in English (verbal & written).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferable strong team-management, organizational, finance and accounting skills.

IMPORTANT : 

Part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online interview recording. We are not able correspond the outcome of this HireVue interview but will use this as extra selection criteria.

Our intern remuneration package:

Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you perform a part-time internship, you will receive an allowance pro-rata.

Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net

Paid holidays per internship term.
