Operations Analyst

Your role as Operations Analyst

As Operations Analyst you oversee our current and future operations to provide advice on possible adjustments and improvements. You analyze our end to end processes and their associated data. You translate this data, and transform it into insights that provide solicited and unsolicited advice to the management team.

Responsibilities

You main responsibilities:

1) You will help visualize the performance of our end to end processes, using or improving already existing solutions. Or creating new dashboards at different levels of the organization.

2) Identify problems in the end to end process- whether raised by a business enquiry, detonated by our business performance or proactively raised by you.

3) Research issues; after you identify the internal problems and concerns, you will report this to the department or the parties involved. You deliver detailed reports which can help management and teams work on solutions.

4) Recommend solutions; after your research and evaluation you advise the management about the definition and improvement of KPI’s. You can also think about restructuring the number or type of KPI’s.

5) Collaborate with the team; as Operations Analyst you can only truly bring impact when you work with others. Either as a leader or a team member, you will collaborate with other Analysts, the operational excellence team and colleagues from different departments. At the end you are ultimately working towards a common goal- taking the company to a higher level

Education & work experience

At least a Bachelors degree preferably within Data (Science), Mechanical/ Business Engineering or Technical Business administration; You have experience in one or more of this fields; data analysis within Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality; Experience with forecasting, working in a complex data environment and performing data analysis. Knowledge of software services such as: Power Bi, Microsoft Azure and SAP are required; Working with Microsoft Office 365 (PrivotTables & Macro) is self- evident for you; Proven experience of improving internal processes and to translate this organizational areas for improvement in actions;
