We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Delft office. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, providing essential support to our NAFAS Project Director and senior management. Your ability to plan, monitor, resolve conflicts, and perform under pressure will be key to your success. Alongside supporting the NAFAS Project, you will play a crucial role in managing our office, ensuring a healthy and happy work environment

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Administrative Support:

  • Assist senior management and the Project Director with budget tracking and financial planning.
  • Handle administrative tasks including meeting arrangements, minute-taking, scanning, printing documents, and managing receipts.

Project Support:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for project-related activities, ensuring seamless execution of our initiatives.

Office Management:

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate lunches to keep our team fueled and focused.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Foster a positive and vibrant office environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
  • Proficiency in Dutch at a minimum B2 level is required.
  • Excellent prioritization, multitasking and time management skills;
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems promptly;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and strictly confidential information.
  • Fast learner, able to adapt to change quickly

Skills:

  • Proficient user of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Practical experience of working in a matrix- or project-based environment.
  • Experience in controlling project budgets is a plus
