Introduction

The E-Procurement Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team in executing various E-purchasing and sourcing activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement field and develop a deep understanding of how procurement contributes to the overall supply chain and business operations. Ts.

They will work closely with senior procurement staff to identify and evaluate potential E-suppliers, ensure compliance with company procurement policies, and help optimize the E-procurement process to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of supplier interactions, while contributing to the preparation of reports and data analysis that inform strategic decision-making. 

The Challenge

Set up, test and enable OCIs andweb shops interfaces to ensure streamlining of indirect purchase.

To contribute to upgrade, set up and test the ERP system with the new ways of working.

To create the material (Videos, work instruction).

To ensure daily support on E-ordering process.

Including analytics on spending to support standardization process.

To Maintain and update regular communication and availability of internal and online material to support all employees.

What are we looking for?

You are ideally working towards a bachelor or master’s level study in a relevant discipline.

Someone who is good with analytical skills as you would need to dig into data and deciphering complex information to help shape procurement strategies. 

Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Attention to detail as being spot-on is the name of the game in procurement.

You are flexible and adaptable to learn and grow.
