As the IT Functional Lead for Project Management, your responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end responsibility for providing the required functionality for Project Management within our enterprise applications, ensuring that users can use the system as intended by the business process owners (BPO).
  • Functional design of Project Management processes in our global applications.
  • Collaboration with business process owners to oversee the configuration of designs within the system and provide guidance to deployment teams regarding the correct system usage in relation to the blueprint design.
  • Creation of high-quality designs, timely delivery of functionality, and thorough testing.
  • Collaboration with global and regional IT Business Analysts (BAs) and Functional Leads, the supply delivery team, project managers, applications architects, and information security teams to define comprehensive solutions for end-to-end processes.
  • Cooperation with the information security team to ensure that business processes are compliant with the information security management system and privacy regulations.

Functie-eisen
  • A background in information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an international project-based company that also operates heavy assets and/or related operations.
  • Strong affinity with business applications.
  • Process-driven with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in ERP implementations and Change Management is a prerequisite.
  • Ability to understand high-level software and systems.
