De Business Application Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor en fungeert als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor productiemanagementtoepassingen. Daarnaast ondersteunt de Business Application Specialist andere soorten toepassingen.

Deze positie maakt deel uit van het wereldwijde IT-team van Hendrix Genetics en fungeert als eerstelijnsondersteuning voor productiemanagementtoepassingen in alle bedrijfseenheden van Hendrix Genetics.

Deze positie is vacant op ons hoofdkantoor in Boxmeer (Nederland).


Profile

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

Als lid van de IT-groep van Hendrix Genetics: ondersteuning en onderhoud van productiemanagementtoepassingen. Eerstelijns technische ondersteuning bieden aan productiegebruikers wereldwijd. Ontwikkelen en/of onderhouden van expertise in geselecteerde database-programmeertools zoals vereist om aan zakelijke behoeften te voldoen. Rapporten ontwerpen / ontwikkelen / implementeren zoals vereist om aan zakelijke behoeften te voldoen. Uitvoeren, beheren en uitvoeren van andere IT-gerelateerde projecten of taken zoals vereist. Productief en onafhankelijk werken als onderdeel van een wereldwijd team, in staat om de werklast te prioriteren. Samenwerken met lokale zakelijke belanghebbenden en het wereldwijde applicatie-implementatieteam in een ondersteunende en projectgerelateerderol.

Wie ben je?

Opleiding: Informatietechnologiegraad of equivalente ervaring. Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar database SQL-programmering / gegevensbeheer; Minimaal 3-4 jaar ervaring in het bieden van toepassings-, database- of technische ondersteuning. Hoge mate van klant-/servicegerichtheid naar eindgebruikers toe. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een must Beschikbaar zijn voor reizen (lokaal en internationaal voor project- en ondersteuningswerk). Benodigde kennis:Uitstekende programmeervaardigheden in databases.SQL-programmering.Kennis van programmeertaalontwikkeling zoals C#. Java kennis is wenselijk.Zeer analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
