The opportunity

This role is part of the newly formed HR Change & Insights department, which is spearheading the HR Transformation in Europe aiming to future proof the HR operating model, people and capabilities. In this role you will be involved in process optimization, data analytics, employee research and project management where you work closely with HR teams and the business to identify gaps, role clarity issues, and inefficiencies. 

 
You will support the three core pillars of the HR Change & Insights department: 

Change: change management and agile ways of working (methodologies).  Operations: Project management office, HR quarterly and annual planning, global HR process execution and governance of policy execution. Data & Analytics: Data product adoption and development, HR reporting and financial planning & analysis (EU HQ).

How you’ll spend your day

Facilitate global HR process execution by providing data insights, preparing master data uploads and coordination with local country HR teams.  Support special HR wide projects that don’t have a clear owner with one of the HR functions.  Empower cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.  Enable our HR organization in its transition to agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Help draft/improve business process descriptions while challenging local HR on their assumptions. Help drive our changing ways of working utilizing the M365 suite.  Collaborate with subject matter experts across the global HR team to ensure the data has an impact and drives action.  Partner with the HR functions globally and regionally to sharpen their planning and tracking mechanism in ways that create a healthy balance between providing structure and direction while keeping flexibility and speed.  Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Your experience and qualifications

Masters degree in business administration, economics, human resources or similar.  0-2 years of relevant HR experience (HR IT, People Analytics, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering).  Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Project management skills. Intermediate to advanced ability in Microsoft Excel, planning and analysis tools.  Experience or interest to learn to work and organize in agile environments.  Experience or interest to learn HRIS systems & dashboarding programs (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI).  Experience or interest to learn working with HR & People teams or projects.  Experience with or curiosity for utilizing technological solutions to digitize ways of working.
