BeschrijvingFunctieomschrijving Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

Als Continuous Improvement Process Engineer ben jij de specialist en vraagbaak binnen de organisatie die zich focust op het verbeteren van de industriële processen. Dit doe je samen met de operationele en ondersteunende afdelingen. Na analyse van de processen draag jij verbeterpunten aan en zorg jij ervoor dat de opvolging van planningen verbeterd wordt en eventuele verstoringen geminimaliseerd. Je rapporteert aan de manager Engineering & Maintenance.

Hierbij een overzicht van je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van risicobeoordelingen over de huidige installaties;
  • Initieren van verbeterprojecten, deze uitwerken en uitvoeren samen met andere afdelingen;
  • Deel uitmaken van het Management of Change- proces;
  • Geef technische instructies en draag kennis over aan andere medewerkers;
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan site gerelateerde projecten, technische documenten beoordelen;
  • Het organiseren van tests en het verzamelen van gegevens die moeten worden uitgevoerd in samenwerking met het productiemanagement;
  • Beoordeel de testresultaten in termen van technische productiemogelijkheden en potentiele milieu-impact;
  • Ondersteuning met wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapportage.

Als Continuous Improvement Process Engineer beschik je over de volgende competenties:

  • Opleiding op  Bachelor / HBO niveau, richting Proces- of chemische technologie;
  • Ruime ervaring met industriële processen en performance metingen;
  • Ervaring met risicobeoordeling (HAZOP, CE, BRZO, PGS7 / PGS15 en ATEX);
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, zelfstandigheid en je bent analytisch sterk;
  • Je bent enthousiast en weet dit ook over te brengen en om te zetten in resultaten;
  • Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend. Kennis van Duitse taal is een sterke pre
SalarisDe aanbieding Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

Het salaris hangt af van jouw opleiding en relevante werkervaring. En ligt tussen de €4500 en €5500 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast worden er interessante secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden geboden waar ik je graag meer over vertel in een persoonlijk gesprek. Evenals de doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een managementpositie
