Als Business Information Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van onze informatiesystemen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze informatiesystemen naadloos aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen en de informatiebehoefte.

Rivas heeft per 1 mei een interne reorganisatie doorgevoerd, waarbij de organisatie is opgesplitst in drie zorgdivisies. Als Business Information Analist kom je te werken voor de divisie VVT. Deze divisie bestaat uit langdurige zorg, wijkverpleging, revalidatie en herstel, en het expertisecentrum. Binnen de divisie val je rechtstreeks onder de manager van de Serviceorganisatie (financieren, facilitair en planning).

Het betreft een nieuwe functie binnen een divisie in opbouw. Er is dus veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Wij zoeken dan ook een professional die de divisie VVT kan helpen bij de opbouw en het verder professionaliseren van de informatievoorziening. Het is in deze fase vooral belangrijk dat je flexibel bent, oplossingsgericht en een goede gesprekspartner bent voor alle lagen van de organisatie, van zorgprofessional tot adviseur, management en directie VVT.

Voor deze functie is het ook belangrijk dat je ervaring hebt met zowel het programma "Value Care" als "Hix". Het accent ligt de komende periode op het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van deze dashboards. Daarnaast gaan we inzetten op het ontwikkelen van informatiedashboards in Microsoft Power BI.

Wat ga je doen? Regie op het onderhouden en het ontwikkelen en live brengen van de informatieproducten. Uitvoeren van bronanalyse en het opstellen van het functioneel ontwerp o.b.v. input van thema eigenaar en inhoudsdeskundige. Afstemming zoeken tijdens het ontwikkelproces met de thema eigenaar en of inhoudsdeskundige. Validatie van opgeleverde informatieproducten. Is er aansluiting met de data in het bronsysteem. In productie name van het geaccepteerde informatieproduct. Platform en informatieproducten van handleiding en helpteksten voorzien en/of instructie over werking van het systeemplatform aan eindgebruikers. Oplossen van incidenten en gebruikersvragen. Coördineren van systeemimplementaties en -upgrades. Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om de systemen te verbeteren. Waar ga je werken?

Binnen de zorg wordt digitalisering en beschikbaarheid van informatie steeds belangrijker. Rivas heeft samen met leverancier Chipsoft een ketenbreed elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD) ontwikkeld. Binnen dit EPD is ook software ingevoerd voor andere ketenbrede processen, zoals ordermanagement, medicatie, financiële afhandeling etc. De primaire administratieve processen HR, Finance, Inkoop Logistiek en Asset management worden ondersteund door Afas. Naast het EPD Zorg is Afas. een van de belangrijkste bronnen voor onze informatievoorziening. BI heeft als doel de klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en doelmatigheid van de organisatie te verbeteren. Het uitgangspunt voor ons functioneren is een open en heldere communicatie met onze (zorg-) collega’s en een transparante werkwijze.

Wie ben jij? Je hebt HBO+/WO werk- en denkniveau. Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als informatieanalist. Je bent een ervaren projectmatig werker. Je hebt kennis van de businessprocessen binnen de zorgsector. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Chipsoft HiX en/of Afas en Value Care Wat bieden wij?
Wij vertrouwen erop dat je goed bent in wat je doet. Dit krijg je er van ons voor terug. Je verdient een salaris tussen de € 4194,02 en € 5593,19 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur. Je krijgt vakantiegeld van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Kies zelf of je je vakantiegeld en/of eindejaarsuitkering per maand of per jaar ontvangt. De functie is ingedeeld in FWG 60. De salarisinschaling is afhankelijk van je opleiding en werkervaring. Je krijgt een overeenkomst voor 36 uur per week. Je tekent een vast contract. Je kunt rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao vvt, zoals reiskosten en verlofdagen maar ook een automatische pensioenopbouw en collectieve zorgverzekering. Je kiest zelf je aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden (MKA-regeling Zorg en Benefits at Work).
