Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

As an Assistant Manager Promotions and Campaign Operations in the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for all content elements of digital consumer touch points in dedicated EU markets. You will EXECUTE the content publishing and campaign operations for digital implementation of seasonal and brand campaigns. Your role covers promotions management for all digital activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Campaigns Operations & Promotions management

  • Execute Campaign / Coupon implementation accordingly to briefs within existing processes via Jira
  • Support quality of delivery for campaigns to ensure that deliverables meet the brief, agreed scope and SLAs
  • Campaign / Coupon management: voucher creation & configuration setup, maintaining of delivery and redemption for different Campaign types (Marketing Activation, CRM, Customer Service etc.)
  • Provide continuous transparency on status of Campaign/Coupon implementation along the season to key stakeholders
  • Monitoring, reporting and alerts control in risky voucher areas: Coupon Errors, Redemption, Low Stock Voucher, Zero Value Order etc.
  • Contribute to overall process optimization

 

Content Publishing

  • Assist in the execution of specific global digital campaigns and projects
  • Support in the creation and implementation of local brand campaigns & experiences
  • Prepare input for site configurations to support local campaigns & experiences
  • Update of content elements of all digital consumer touch points: Help Pages, drop-down menus, banners, PDP/checkout callouts, etc.
  • Provide continuous transparency on status of implementations along the season to key stakeholders
  • Support quality of delivery for local activations to ensure that deliverables meet the brief and agreed scope
  • Contribute to the implementation of success KPIs to ensure that implementations are optimized based on results and insights
  • Contribute to overall process optimization

  • Local Teams - Brand Activation, BU, Digital Visual Merchandising, internal Operations team 
  • Global Teams - Digital Brand Commerce, Global IT, EMEA Delivery Hub Service Management

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 2+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment 
  • Foundational understanding of the e-commerce architectural landscape on a high level
  • Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery organizations  
  • Experience in managing content in digital products
  • Hands on experience with e-commerce solutions (Salesforce Commerce Cloud as an advantage), CMS systems, web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics)
