Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency, and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.
 

Partner with the best

As , you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.
 

As Resource Planner you will be responsible for:

Field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics Developing long range forecast for region resource needs Developing and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training  Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set. Handling targeted resources. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Services). Have strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills Have experience with planning and resource management.
