Job Purpose

ZDHC is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Implementation Team as a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will contribute to the global roll-out, implementation and evolution of key projects and programmes with a focus across the value chain on the implementation of ZDHC guidelines and solutions, with the goal of supporting stakeholder success in creating positive impact in line with ZDHC’s mission and values.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage AP/AR processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • GL Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card statements with bank statements monthly.
  • Collections: Monitor and manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
  • Financial Software: Experience with financial management software.
  • Communication: Strong English skills; Dutch is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial data management.
