Wat ga je doen

Als uitvoerder wegen bij BAM Infra Regionaal ben jij de manager van de bouwplaats. Je stuurt de projecten op veiligheid, samenwerking, kwaliteit, tijd en kosten. Met de juiste materialen en een gemotiveerd team zorg jij ervoor dat het project succesvol wordt afgerond:

  • Je begeleidt collegas op de projecten;
  • Je stelt de project-, materieel- en personeelsplanningen op;
  • Je onderhoudt het jouw collegas, de leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers;
  • Je houdt de projectbudgetten in de gaten;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en positieve werkomgeving.
Jouw werkomgeving

Vanuit Den Haag werken wij aan diverse projecten, waarbij je soms ook op de projectlocaties werkt. En afhankelijk van jouw voorkeuren, kom je terecht in een projectteam. Elk team is uniek, maar wat overeenkomt is dat wij de kennis in huis hebben om elkaar vooruit te helpen.

  • Een baan voor 32-40 uur met een uitstekend salaris tussen de 3.679,- en 4.599,- bruto op basis van 40 uur per 4 weken
  • Genoeg doorgroeimogelijkheden Bijvoorbeeld richting Hoofd-Uitvoerder of Projectleider
  • Een leaseauto volgens de BAM leaseautoregeling of een mobiliteitsbudget, zodat je jouw vervoer zelf kan regelen.
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 15 ATV dagen en 3 kortverzuimdagen per kalenderjaar op basis van een fulltime dienstverband
  • Fijne extras zoals gemiddeld een gratis thuiswerkplek, 40 procent korting op jouw sport(school)abonnement en korting op o.a. privéverzekeringen, HP producten en Microsoft Office.
Hier herken jij jezelf in
  • Je hebt een opleidingsachtergrond in de civiele techniek/infra/gww;
  • Je bent woonachtig in de Randstad
  • Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring met projecten in de wegenbouw;
  • Je hebt kennis van contractvormen zoals RAW, UAV-(gc) en Bouwteams;
  • Eigenschappen zoals proactief, communicatievaardig, resultaatgericht en flexibel.
